Membership Info:
We will take an appointment with you to meet, to make a site visit and to learn to know each other . If you wish , we will , eventually , registration of the person who will come to rest.It is better to have filled the form in advance: "Human Folder" . You can print it on the site and fill out by hand , or complete it at the computer.
After analyzing the needs and discussed all the special care required for the person, we will proceed with registration and will fulfill all the required forms.
It could be that we make photocopies of some documents.
Eligibility Criteria:
aged from 0 to 100 years , with an intellectual disability or autism, ASD , Trisomy , Gilles de la Tourette , ADHD , or any other problem that requires a respite.
which do not present a problem that may affect the well-being of other participants: Free aggression directed towards others, verbal abuse, major crises , disorders related to sexuality ...
having a minimum autonomy (eg eating, dressing , moving etc. ) , since the house is not yet adapted ( up person , lift ... ) .
We offer assistance according to human needs. Example: health care , socio- cultural or sports activities , gardening, cooking etc.
Description of Services Offered:
Respite Bon Accueil is a private organization duly registered with the government of Quebec.It welcomes people aged 0-99 years (children, adolescents , young adults and adults ) living with an intellectual disability , a disorder of autism spectrum disorders (ASD ) , or by dyphasie syndrome Gilles Tourette , by a global developmental delay etc. , in a family environment , warm, stimulating , relevant and safe .
Our experienced, qualified , devoted devoted their time and energy to provide specialized services .
